  2. 2Arrange them in the order you want using the up and down arrows.
  3. 3Click “Merge PDFs” — the combined file downloads automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?

No. The merging happens entirely inside your browser. Your documents never leave your device, which makes this safe even for confidential files.

Can I change the order of the files?

Yes — use the up/down arrows next to each file to arrange them before merging. Pages are combined in the order shown.

Is there a file size or page limit?

There is no artificial limit. Very large files are only constrained by your device's memory, since all processing is local.

Does merging reduce the quality of my PDFs?

No. Pages are copied across as they are, with no re-encoding, so text stays selectable and images keep their original resolution. The merged file is roughly the sum of the inputs.

What if my PDFs are different page sizes?

They are kept at their original sizes. A merged file can contain A4 and Letter pages side by side — nothing is scaled or cropped to match.

Can I merge a password-protected PDF?

Only if you remove the password first. An encrypted PDF cannot be read without its password, so unlock it in your PDF reader, save an unprotected copy, and merge that.
